Shipping policy

At Shred Drumsticks, we want to get your gear into your hands as quickly as possible so you can get back to the kit. We exclusively use J&T Express for reliable nationwide delivery.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is handed over to J&T Express, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location relative to our warehouse. Based on J&T Express standard schedules, please expect the following:

  • Metro Manila / Greater Manila Area: 1–3 business days.

  • Luzon: 3–5 business days.

  • Visayas & Mindanao: 5–10 business days.

  • Island/Remote Areas: Up to 15 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by extreme weather, holidays, or courier peak seasons.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We utilize J&T Express's standard rates to ensure you get the most accurate pricing.

4. Tracking Your Order

You can track your sticks in real-time through the J&T Express Tracking Page. Simply enter the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation.

5. Failed Delivery & Address Issues

  • J&T Express typically makes up to two (2) delivery attempts.

  • If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us.

  • Redelivery Fees: If a package is returned to sender (RTS), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the item.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please take a photo/video before opening it. Under our Return Policy, you must report any defective product within 7 days of receipt.

  • Lost Packages: While we are not responsible for courier errors, we will assist you in filing a claim with J&T Express for any lost shipments.
