Refund policy

At Shred Drumsticks, we stand behind the quality of our gear. However, due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because drumsticks are consumable items that degrade with use, we do not offer cash or credit card refunds for any reason once an order has been processed and shipped.

2. Defective Products & Replacements

We take pride in our quality control, but if you receive a pair that is structurally defective (e.g., warped or cracked upon arrival), we will provide a one-time replacement of the same model.

  • Eligibility Window: You must report the defect within 7 days of the purchase date (for in-person/local pickup) or within 7 days of receiving the pair (based on tracking delivery date).

  • Definition of Defective: This policy covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover "breakage" due to normal play, rimshots, or poor technique.

  • Evidence Required: To process a replacement, you must provide clear photos or videos of the defect and your proof of purchase.

3. How to Request a Replacement

If you believe your product is defective:

  1. Contact us at Β or via our website contact form.

  2. Include your Order Number and photos of the defect.

  3. Once reviewed and approved, we will ship a replacement pair to you at no additional cost.

4. Shipping Costs

For approved replacements due to manufacturing defects, Shred Drumsticks will cover the cost of shipping the replacement pair. We do not accept returns of used or "played" sticks.
